1. Purchase of Services
By placing a booking with GCC Drive, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- You are at least 18 years old.
2. Reservations
Our reservation team operates 24 hours a day to assist you with bookings, changes and enquiries. While we do our best to accommodate all requests, a minimum of 24 hours may be required to prepare a specific vehicle for your journey.
All prices are quoted in AED. Charges begin at the pickup location (Point A) and end at the drop-off location (Point B), except for airport transfers or trips with fixed prices.
3. Online Bookings
All online bookings are subject to approval by GCC Drive. Occasional errors may occur due to incorrect map calculations or automated quotations. If a mistake results in an incorrect price being displayed, GCC Drive reserves the right to cancel the order or refund the amount charged.
If payment has already been processed at an incorrect price, GCC Drive will issue a credit for the difference or a full refund if necessary.
Prices and availability may change at any time without notice. Special offers, promotions and discounts are subject to availability and may have specific terms.
4. Privacy and Personal Data Use
We treat all personal information with strict confidentiality. We never share your information with third parties unless required by law or outlined in our Privacy Policy.
When making a booking, you will be required to provide details such as:
- Full name
- Email address
- Contact number
- Billing information
- Payment details
Payment information is never stored by us. It is securely processed through an encrypted third-party payment system.
Your email address may be added to our mailing list to receive occasional updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.
If you are or have been a client of GCC Drive, we reserve the right to display your company name or logo under our client portfolio unless you request otherwise.
5. Single and Return Journeys
For return trips on the same day:
- If the return trip is within 3 hours or outside Dubai, waiting time charges may apply.
- If the return trip is after 3 hours, no waiting time will be charged.
- The return journey may be completed by a different driver if required.
6. Waiting Time Policy
Complimentary waiting time provided:
- 30 minutes for airport pickups
- 15 minutes for all other pickups
After the complimentary period ends, charges will apply in 15-minute increments at the rate of AED 50 per hour. Any additional waiting time will be charged to the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking.
7. Payments
Unless a credit account is approved, all bookings must be paid in advance.
The card used for booking may also be charged for:
- Additional waiting time
- Parking fees
- Toll charges
- Route changes
There are no surcharges for credit or debit card payments. However, credit card fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
All quoted prices include VAT. Rates may change without prior notice.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
For all bookings (excluding wedding-related services):
- Cancellations or amendments must be made at least 24 hours before pickup time.
If cancelled within 24 hours or for bookings made within 12 hours of pickup, the full fare will be charged.
9. No Show Policy
If a customer fails to appear at the designated pickup point without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be non-refundable.
10. Complaints
If you experience any issue during your trip, please inform the driver or contact our support team immediately to allow us to resolve it.
If an issue remains unresolved, you may submit a written complaint within 14 days of your service date.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 14 days and provide a full response within 28 days.
11. Fraud Prevention
For security reasons, GCC Drive reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if fraudulent activity is suspected. This includes situations where:
- You are unable to provide complete trip details when requested.
- You cannot verify cardholder information.
- The cardholder disputes the payment.
- There is a history of chargebacks or suspicious activity.
In such cases, we may report the activity to the relevant fraud department.
